I am working on a new build that addresses the levels not spawning in, I have added a falling death timer so anyone who falls out of the backrooms will die and find themselves respawned. 

Added an Auto-Walk Toggle its left shoulder on the controller, and "X" On keyboard and mouse

Planning on cleaning up the maps and removing the dev text and stuff. And making things a bit more pretty with new wall textures etc..
